Ingredients
- 1 Large French baguette, 270g
- 1 French Camembert cheese, 250g
- 1 garlic clove
- 150g cherry tomatoes
- 1 tsp mixed dried herbs
- 1 sprig of fresh Rosemary, optional
- 2-3 tbsp olive oil for drizzling
Method

Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan).
Prepare a baking tray or baking dish, preferably round, so that the dish looks nice.
I used a pizza tray and lined it with baking paper to prevent the cheese from leaking out while baking.
Slice the baguette.
Wash and halve the tomatoes. Peel the garlic and slice it thinly.

Place the Camembert cheese in the centre of the baking tray and make cuts in it to create circular sectors.
Insert the garlic slices into these cuts.

Arrange the halved tomatoes around the cheese, and place the sliced baguette around them.

Sprinkle everything with herbs and add a sprig of rosemary on top of the cheese. Lightly drizzle everything with olive oil.
Bake for 10–15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Serve immediately!
Tips
You can add a small pinch of black pepper to add a hint of heat.
After baking, drizzle a little honey over the cheese to add sweetness.
