Ingredients
- 500ml natural yoghurt
- 100g raspberries, fresh or frozen
- 100g blueberries, fresh or frozen
- 1 medium ripe banana
- 40g porridge oats
- 2 tbsp of honey
- 1/3 tsp of ground cinnamon
To decorate
- a few raspberries
- a few blueberries
- a few slices of banana
- a pinch of oats
Method

Peel the banana and cut it into chunks.
Place the yoghurt, raspberries, blueberries, banana, oats, honey, and cinnamon in a jug.
If using frozen berries, let them thaw for about 5 minutes to ease blending.
Blend until the mixture is creamy and smooth, ensuring the oats are fully incorporated.
If you prefer a sweeter taste, add a little more honey.
Pour into glasses.
I divided it into four glasses, each with a 200ml capacity.
Top with fruit and oats.

Keep refrigerated until served.
