Ingredients
- 1 tbsp freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce or balsamic vinegar
- ½ lemon
- 1 garlic clove
- 60ml of olive oil
- 100g mayonnaise
Method

Peel and mince the garlic.
Squeeze the lemon for juice.
