Ingredients
- 500ml natural yoghurt
- 200ml of milk
- 1 banana
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 8–10 soft pitted dates
- 1/3 tsp ground cinnamon
Leave some cocoa powder for dusting at the end. Ground cinnamon is optional but adds great extra flavour.
Method

Peel the banana and cut it into chunks.
Place the yoghurt, milk, banana, cacao powder, dates, and cinnamon into a jug.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour into glasses.
Dust with a pinch of cocoa powder.
Refrigerate before serving.
