Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 200g light brown sugar
- 200g soft butter
- 100ml milk

Method

Prepare all the ingredients and leave them at room temperature for a while before use.
Preheat the oven to 180°C with the fan.
Prepare the muffin tray and fill it with cupcake cases.
Crack the eggs and place them into the mixing bowl.
Using a hand mixer, beat for two minutes until light and fluffy.
Gradually add the sugar and continue mixing until the sugar dissolves.
Add the butter and mix until all the ingredients are well combined.
Pour in the milk and whisk further for a minute.
Sift the flour with the baking powder and the cocoa powder, then add to the egg mixture.
Continue mixing until all the ingredients are combined well.
Add the chocolate chips and mix gently with a spatula.
Using a spoon, fill the bun cases with the dough.

Put them into the oven and bake for 25 minutes.

Once nicely baked, take them out of the oven and let them cool down at room temperature.
