Ingredients
- 500 g natural yoghurt
- 200 ml reduced-fat Coconut milk
- 150 g frozen raspberries
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp desiccated coconut
You can use fresh raspberries if available. Remember to leave a few for decoration.
Method

In a blender, combine the yoghurt, coconut milk, frozen raspberries, and honey.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into glasses, sprinkle with desiccated coconut, and finish with two raspberries on top.
