  • 2 medium ready-to-eat avocado
  • 1 small red onion
  • ½ red pepper
  • 1 tsp of lemon juice
  • pinch of salt
  • pinch of black pepper
  • pinch of chilli powder
  • 200g lightly salted tortilla chips


Cut the avocados in half, destone, scoop out and place in a bowl.

Using the fork mash them until smooth leaving a few chunkier pieces for texture.

Chop the red pepper and peeled onion into small cubes.

Add them to the avocado together with salt, pepper and chilli powder.

Squeeze the lemon and mix.

Taste and adjust the seasoning adding more lemon juice if you like.
