Ingredients
- 2 tbsp smoked paprika
- 2 tbsp ground cumin
- 2 tbsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried garlic
- 1 tsp dried granulated onion
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground pepper
- 1 tsp chilli powder, for taste
- 1 tsp crushed chilli flakes, for taste
Method

Add all the spices into a medium-sized mixing bowl.
Use a spoon or whisk to mix thoroughly, ensuring the spices are evenly distributed and no clumps remain.
Taste a small pinch of the blend and adjust to your preference, adding extra chilli for heat or salt for balance.
