Ingredients #

  • 1 cup of eggs
  • 1 cup of cold full-fat milk
  • 1 cup of plain flour
  • Cooking oil

Method #

Preheat the oven to 240C.

Sift flour and place in the mixing bowl with eggs and milk.

Whisk until smooth and the ingredients are well combined.

Place a portion of oil at the bottom of the muffin tray or cupcake tray.

Homemade Yorkshire Pudding Batter

Put in the oven and allow to heat for approximately 5 minutes.

Give the batter a final whisk before removing the tray out of the oven.

Carefully pour the batter into each tray.

Reduce oven to 220 C.

Bake for 15-20 minutes until puddings rise, become golden brown, puffed and crispy.
