Just Perfect Baked New Potatoes
This is the perfect baked new potatoes recipe. They are a great addition to any meal, dinner or just on their own. Serve them with crème fraîche on a warm day for a delicious and satisfying side dish.

- 1kg of baby potatoes
- 1 tbsp of cooking oil
- 1tsp of salt
- 1tsp of black pepper
- 1tsp of ground paprika
- 1tsp of dried garlic
- fresh thyme
- fresh parsley
Wash your potatoes and separate small ones from big ones.
Put small ones in a pan with water.
The big ones are cut in half or quarters to roughly match the size of the small ones. Add to the rest.
Bring potatoes to a boil and cook them for 8 to 10 minutes until they are half-cooked.
Preheat the oven to 220C.
Drain potatoes and leave them in a pan.
Pour oil into a pan, then add salt, black pepper, ground paprika and dried garlic. Stir potatoes in a pan.
Scatter a pinch of fresh parsley and thyme and put them in a baking tray previously lined with baking paper.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.
