Just Perfect Stir Fry Vegetables

This rapid stir-fry vegetable dish is a delicious and inexpensive way to add a healthy pop of color to any meat dish. It is super easy to make and full of flavor.

Ingredients
- 150g of broccoli
- 200g of closed-cup mushrooms
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- a few baby plum tomatoes
- ½ courgette
- oil, for greasing
- 2 tbsp of soy sauce alternative
- black pepper, for taste
Method
Wash all your vegetables.
Slice the courgette and halve or quarter the mushrooms.
Trim the broccoli into florets, halve tomatoes and cut peppers into pieces removing and discarding seeds.
Heat the oil in a large pan or a wok and put all vegetables in it.
Stir fry for about 7 minutes over medium-high heat until the vegetables are browned all over.
Add soy sauce and season with black pepper. Cover and simmer for further about 5 to 7 minutes stirring occasionally.
Keep stirring the vegetables regularly so that they do not burn and can cook on all sides.
Ready!
Serve with rice or a portion of meat.
