Just Perfect Waffle Recipe
This is the perfect waffle recipe, made with simple ingredients. Perfect fluffy waffles have never been easier to make!

- 3 eggs
- 300ml of warm milk
- 100ml of oil
- 300g of self-raising flour how to?
- 1 tsp of baking powder
- 3 tbsp of sugar
- a pinch of salt
Preheat the waffle maker and lightly brush the surface with oil.
You only need to do this once at the beginning to prevent the waffles from sticking.
Separate the whites from the yolks into two bowls.
Place the whites into the mixing bowl.
Add a pinch of salt and beat to a stiff foam using a hand mixer at high speed.
Put egg yolks, oil, warm milk, baking powder, sugar and flour into the other large bowl.
Mix all together using a hand mixer until smooth and well combined.
Gently add whipped egg whites and mix all together using a spoon.
The batter should be fluffy, smooth and fairly thick.
Pour the batter into a waffle iron in batches and cook until crisp golden brown.
When properly cooked take it out and place it into the wire rack.
Repeat with the remaining dough until everything is used up.
Baking time depends on the power of the waffle maker.
Decorate as you desire.
They taste great with maple syrup and fruits, whipped cream or any sauce you like. Jam, fruits or just topped with icing sugar. You decide!
