This cosy winter favourite is a hit for all ages! A rich, creamy hot chocolate that warms your soul, relaxes your mind, and energises your day. Made with just a few simple ingredients, it’s so easy to whip up at home. Perfect for kids—and the kid in you!

Ingredients

  • 400ml milk
  • 2 tbsp light brown sugar how to?
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 40g chocolate chips

For Topping

  • a handful of mini marshmallows, per drink
  • squirty cream

Method

In a small saucepan, boil the milk with the sugar, cocoa powder, and chocolate chips.

Stir until all the ingredients are combined and the mixture starts ballooning upwards, then remove from the heat.

Pour the hot chocolate mixture evenly into two glasses, leaving about 2 cm of space from the top.

Before serving, cool to a comfortable temperature. If you need more sugar, add it.
