How to make self-raising flour?

Self-raising flour is a mixture of plain flour with baking powder. For every 125g of flour, you need to add 6g of baking powder and mix well.

How to make icing sugar?

Take white caster sugar and blend it into a powder using a grinder. Best to use a coffee grinder for that purpose.

How to make brown sugar?

By taking 1 cup of white sugar and adding 1 tablespoon (1 tbsp) of molasses we can make Light Brown Sugar. By adding 2 tablespoons of molasses to 1 cup of white sugar we can make Dark Brown Sugar. You can also mix molasses with Demerara Sugar.

Clotted cream is a cream that contains around 55% of fat. It’s also called baked double cream and is light yellow (butter-like) in colour. In different parts of the country, it can be called Devon Cream or Cornish Cream.
