- 400g strawberries
- 120g vanilla yoghurt
- 100g Philadelphia cheese
- 40g white granulated sugar
- 300ml semi-skimmed milk
- ½ lemon for juice
For serving suggestion
- squirty cream
- a few biscuits
- a few mint leaves
- a few strawberries
Lotus biscuits are used for this recipe but any biscuits can be used.
Carefully remove the leaves from strawberries and slice them into bite-sized pieces.
In a blender, combine milk, vanilla yoghurt, Philadelphia cheese, and sugar. Add strawberries and lemon juice.
Blend until the ingredients are combined.
Pour into glasses.
Top with a dollop of squirty cream.
Crush the biscuits by hand or in a blender.
Top the smoothies with crushed biscuits.
Garnish with mint leaves and strawberry slices.
Serve immediately and enjoy.
