Ingredients
- 400g strawberries
- 120g vanilla yoghurt
- 100g Philadelphia cheese
- 40g white granulated sugar
- 300ml semi-skimmed milk
- ½ lemon for juice

- a few biscuits
- a few mint leaves
- a few strawberries
Lotus biscuits are used for this recipe but any biscuits can be used.
Method
