Just Perfect Gingerbread Latte

Ingredients #
- 1 tbsp instant coffee
- 1 cup of boiling water
- 1 cup of milk
- 2 tbsp of white sugar
- a pinch of cinnamon
- a pinch of ground ginger
- a pinch of mixed ground spices
For decoration #
- squirty cream
- a pinch of cinnamon
- gingerbread sprinkles
Method #
Mix instant coffee in hot water.
In a small saucepan boil milk with sugar and spices (cinnamon, ginger ground and mixed ground spices).
Stirring wait until milk starts ballooning upwards and remove from the heat.
Put the hot coffee mixture evenly into two glasses.
Pour boiled milk, leaving about 2 cm of space from the top.
Serve with a topping of squirty cream, dusted with cinnamon and decorated with a gingerbread sprinkle.
