  • 1 tbsp of sugar

Dressing

  • 1 tbsp of mayonnaise 
  • ⅓ cup of milk

Method

Shredded red and white cabbage, grated carrot, sliced onion and parsley in a bowl

Wash, peel and grate the carrot.

Peel onion and cut it into slices and then quarter them.

Chop fresh parsley.

Quarter the cabbage, core and shred.
