Just Perfect Coleslaw
Coleslaw is a fresh and flavorful side dish that is perfect for any meal. It is made with red and white cabbage, carrots, onions, and parsley, and is a healthy and delicious option.

- ½ of small red cabbage
- ½ of small white cabbage
- 1 medium carrot
- 1 white onion
- a handful of fresh parsley
- ½ lemon
- salt, for taste
- black pepper, for taste
- 1 tbsp of sugar
- 1 tbsp of mayonnaise
- ⅓ cup of milk
Wash, peel and grate the carrot.
Peel onion and cut it into slices and then quarter them.
Chop fresh parsley.
Quarter the cabbage, core and shred.
Place all vegetables into a mixing bowl and season with salt, pepper and sugar.
Add freshly squeezed lemon juice and mix thoroughly.
Combine the mayonnaise with milk in a small bowl. Add to the vegetables and stir.
Check the taste and add more seasonings if required.
Chill for at least 1 hour. Stir before serving.
Keep refrigerated until served.
