  • 225g of butter
  • 150g of light brown sugar how to?
  • 75g of white caster sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 300g of plain flour
  • 1 tsp of baking powder
  • 200g dark chocolate chips

Method #

Preheat the oven to 160 degrees (with a fan). Line the baking tray with baking parchment.

Whisk butter with white and brown sugar using a hand mixer until the mixture is well combined.

Gradually add eggs and vanilla extract and mix further.

Sift flour with baking powder together and add to the mixture. Whisk together.

Fold the dark chocolate chips into the mixture and mix using the spatula.

Spread the dough into a baking tray.

Bake for 25 minutes until golden on top.
