Nut-Free Homemade Brownie

Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 200g dark chocolate chips
- 250g of butter
- 360g of brown sugar how to?
- 70g of self-raising flour how to?
- 80g of cacao powder
Method
Preheat the oven to 170C.
Line a 20x25cm tray with baking parchment overlapping slightly on the sides.
Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat. When the butter is melted set aside to cool down a little.
Place eggs into the mixing bowl and whisk until the eggs become light and fluffy.
Add brown sugar and mix. Pour the melted butter and whisk further.
Sift the flour with cacao powder and add to the egg mixture. Stir until fully combined.
Pour into a baking tray and scatter over the chocolate chips.
Bake for 35-45 minutes on a medium shelf.
Once cooked, the middle should be very gooey. and the top can sink and crack.
Pull the brownie out of the tray and cut it when is chilled.
Serve with ice cream, double cream or just icing sugar.

Use dark chocolate to make it nuts-free.
