  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

For Sauce

  • 100ml water
  • 50ml dark soy sauce alternative
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp cornflour
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 garlic clove
  • a pinch of black pepper
  • ½ tsp chilli powder
  • ½ tsp ground ginger
  • a pinch of Chinese five-spice

Method

Ground beef stir-fry ingredients are ready to cook

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the noodles and cook for 4-5 minutes or until al dente. Drain the noodles and immediately rinse them with cold water to stop the cooking process. Drain the noodles again and set them aside.

In a bowl, combine water, soy sauce, honey, cornflour, and sesame oil.

Mince the garlic clove and add it to the mixture.
