Just Perfect Cabbage Salad

Ingredients
- ½ British white cabbage, 400g
- 1 carrot, 70g
- ½ red bell pepper, 100g
- 7 radish, 100g
- 10g fresh dill
- 10g fresh parsley
For dressing
- ½ lemon for juice
- 2 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- a pinch of salt
- a pinch of black pepper
Method

Cut the cabbage, remove the core, and grate it using a box grater.

Wash, peel, and grate the carrot, then grate half of the pepper as well.
Wash the radishes, then cut them into thin half-moons.
Finely chop the fresh, parsley and dill.

Place all the vegetables in a mixing bowl.
In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients for the dressing, then pour them over the vegetables.

Mix everything together.
Check the taste and add more spices if needed.

Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
Store in the refrigerator until serving.
