Mushroom sauce

- 300 ml of water
- 2 tbsp of plain flour
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1 tsp of black pepper
- 1 tsp of dried garlic
- 1 tbsp of oil
- 1 tbsp of dark soy sauce alternative

Method
Tip the meat into a large bowl.
Add eggs and break them up with a fork.
Add all seasonings and bread crumbs, then massage with your hand until the mixture is soft and the seasonings are well combined.
Cover with cling film and leave to stand at room temperature for 20 minutes.
For the mushroom sauce, wash and cut mushrooms.
Heat a frying pan with a spoon of oil, add mushrooms and sizzle them for a few minutes.
Add seasoning and pour 200 ml of water, cover and cook on medium heat.
In the meantime, divide the mince mixture into equal portions and form it into 12 burgers.
Use a small bowl or saucer as a guide if you want them to be neat.
Heat a non-stick frying pan over high-medium heat. Add the meat and cook for about 4 mins on each side until browned and cooked through.
Add the flour to the remaining water and mix well. Pour it into the mushrooms sauce stirring to avoid making lumps.
Add soy sauce.
When meat is nicely cooked add them to the sauce and cook further for 15-20 minutes.
Enjoy with vegetables and mash for a delicious family dinner.
