Ingredients
- 550g pork tenderloin
- 2 onions
- 2 tbsp soy sauce alternative
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1 tsp of black pepper
- 2 garlic cloves
- oil for greasing
Method
Wash and clean the meat removing any surface tissue.
Grate garlic on a fine grater.
In a small bowl, combine garlic with soy sauce, salt and pepper.
Spread the marinade on the meat on all sides and leave for 30 minutes.
Heat the oven to 180C and prepare the ovenproof dish.
Peel the onions, halve them and slice.
Heat the oil in a large frying pan and place the pork. Fry on both sides for about 5 minutes.
Halfway through add onion to the pan and fry together.
Transfer onion and meat into the ovenproof dish and put it in the oven.
Bake for 30 minutes turning halfway.
Cut the meat in a half and check if is baked properly.
The pork shall be juicy and just slightly pinkish.
Serve with onion as a part of the meal or cut into slices and use for a sandwich.
