Salmon Skewers

These delicious and healthy salmon skewers are perfect for a quick and easy weeknight meal. Made with fresh salmon, a simple marinade, and a few other ingredients, these skewers are easy to make and perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients
- 350g salmon fillet
- 1 tbsp of oil
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp chilli powder
- 1 tsp of dried garlic
- ½ tsp white ground pepper
- ½ orange, for juice
- a handful of fresh chopped parsley
Method
Wash the salmon, remove the skin and cut it into cubes about 2.5cm.
In the small bowl pour oil and add seasonings (salt, chilli powder, dried garlic and white ground pepper).
Squeeze the orange and add the juice to the bowl. Mix to combine.
Pour over the salmon cubes. Add fresh chopped parsley and mix all together.
Cover with cling film and leave to marinate for 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 200C and line the baking tray with aluminium foil.
Impale salmon on the skewers and put them on a baking tray.
Bake for 15 to 18 minutes, turning them through cooking time.
Serve hot.
