Ingredients
- 3 chicken breasts, 600g approx.
- 16 smoked dry cured streaky bacon rashers, 240g approx.
- a pinch of black pepper
- a pinch of ground paprika
- a pinch of dried garlic
- a pinch of dried parsley
You will also need a toothpick sticks.
Method
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Wash, clean, and cut the chicken into 16 relatively even pieces, matching the number of bacon slices.
Combine the spices (black pepper, ground paprika, garlic, and parsley) and sprinkle them over the chicken pieces, coating them evenly.
Next, wrap each piece of seasoned chicken in a bacon rasher and secure it firmly with a toothpick.
Arrange the bacon-wrapped chicken bites in a single layer on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Carefully transfer the baking tray to the preheated oven and bake the chicken bites for 20-25 minutes on the middle shelf, or until the chicken is cooked through and the bacon is beautifully browned and crispy.
