Ingredients

  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp dried oregano

  • 12 broccoli florets, boiled
  • 16 new potatoes, boiled

For garnish

  • a pinch of parsley, freshly chopped
  • a handful of mixed leaves salad with spinach, for visual effect

Method

Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.

In a medium bowl, combine tomatoes, salt, pepper, oregano, and garlic. Blend all together with a hand blender.
