Tomatoes & Mozzarella Salad

Inspired by the classic Italian Caprese salad, mozzarella, tomatoes, and sweet chili sauce make a delicious and versatile combination. They can be enjoyed as a snack, an addition to dinner, or even as party food.

Ingredients
- 3 medium salad tomatoes
- 150g plum tomatoes
- 125g of mozzarella alternative
- a pinch of black ground pepper
- a pinch of salt
- a handful of fresh basil leaves
- 50ml of sweet chilli sauce
Method
Drain the mozzarella and wash the tomatoes.
Slice the salad tomatoes and place them into a salad dish.
Cut mozzarella into slices and arrange between tomatoes.
Halve the plum tomatoes and place them on the salad.
Season with salt and pepper.
Decorate with basil leaves and drizzle with our homemade sweet chilli sauce.
