Just Perfect Fried Chicken Breast
This is just the perfect fried chicken breast. A quick and easy dish for a family dinner. Done in just 10 minutes, best with potatoes or as an addition to your favourite salad.

- 2 chicken breasts
- oil, for greasing
- 2 tbsp of dark soy sauce
- black pepper, a pinch
- ground paprika, a pinch
- dried garlic, a pinch
- ¼ cup of water
Place the chicken breasts on a chopping board, cover with cling film and beat gently with a pestle to level the thickness of the fillet.
Season on both sides with a pinch of paprika, garlic and black pepper.
Heat a frying pan with oil.
Place the chicken into the frying pan and fry on high heat for about two minutes on each side until nicely brown.
Pour in soya sauce and water.
Cover with a lid, reduce the heat and simmer for 3 minutes over medium-high heat.
Turn chicken breasts over, cover again and simmer for further 3 minutes.
Your perfect chicken breasts are ready!
Best served with potatoes or our green bulgur salad.
